HELP!

Any way that I can order spare IKEA parts for the Twin Dalselv bed?

I recently moved, so I'm putting the bed together. However, I'm missing some parts!

The nearest IKEA store is 3 hours away, and I would like to sleep on it soon! I'm guessing the only way to get these parts would be going to the IKEA store, but unfortunately, I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon. It's just too far away.

Anyone know what I can do? I have the instruction manual, and I know exactly which parts I need.

have you tried the "ask Anna" application on the ikea website? i would probably try calling the store and asking them how you could get the parts mailed to you. sometimes people are remarkably willing to do stuff for you.

I know they do give away extra parts, I've gotten some pins for a shelf with no problem. However, I did go to the store to get them.

I have been shorted parts in a box and called IKEA cstomer service and had them mailed to me. It should probably be easy for you to get them to do it as well.
